Terms and Conditions
Deposits: A 100% deposit will be taken if the booking is within 28 days otherwise, a 50% deposit will be taken and then the remaining 50% will be required a month in advance of the booking.
Cancellations and Refunds: The Central Studios are pre-pay no refund policy.
Special Requests: Any special requirements must be emailed to info@roomsbooked.com at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
CHARGES:
Please be aware that during your stay, you are liable for all damages and misuse of the facilities and equipment that is provided.
All damages will be assessed and charged accordingly to materials, replacements, parts and labour fees.
We will debit the card that you have provided at the time of booking. An invoice can be issued on request with a breakdown of charges.
Central Hotel operates a no smoking policy. If found to be smoking in the accommodation provided, a £60 fine will be issued.
